Once we have empathized with people affected by the wicked problem, it is time for us to create profiles of the most general people affected by our problem. We call that Personas. You create personas that would help identify possible customers, members, leaders or people within the range of your problem.
This helps us offer solutions that are responding to the characteristics and qualities of our personas. It is not only about feelings and emotions, but it also includes the social status of the person, their professional background, and what is important for them.
