desing thinking Process
Design Thinking Process has gained a lot of popularity because it helps address problems in a more systematic and effective way. The foundation of it is that the designer takes time to analyze each part of the wicked problem he wants to solve or offer solutions to.
- The first step in the Design Thinking Process is to identify the wicked problem you would like to offer solutions to.
- The second step is to empathize with the stakeholders and the people involved in your wicked problem.
- The third step is to define the personas that are usually involved in the wicked problem, what are their characteristics.
- The fourth step is to ideate a solution to that wicked problem.
- The fifth step is to prototype your idea.
- The sixth step is to test your prototype to get feedback.
- The last step is to go back and revise what you have done paying attention to what else can be done.
